Grow Movement pairs experienced business volunteers with entrepreneurs in East Africa and the Philippines for one-to-one remote mentoring, entirely over video or phone calls.

What to expect

• Complete a short application and matching interview
• Hold 5–8 coaching sessions with your matched entrepreneur over a few weeks
• Typical volunteers have 5+ years of commercial, consulting, or mentoring experience
